Northern WISE (Women, Inclusion, Safety & Empowerment) is dedicated to empowering women and strengthening families by promoting inclusion, leadership, safety, and equal opportunities. The program supports initiatives that help women and girls reach their full potential while encouraging active participation in their communities.  

Northern WISE creates opportunities for women and girls to develop leadership skills, improve wellbeing, and build confidence through community-based programs and supportive initiatives. By removing barriers and encouraging participation, the program contributes to stronger, healthier, and more inclusive communities.  

Program activities may include leadership development, mentoring, employment readiness, safety workshops, parenting education, networking events, and wellness initiatives designed to support women at every stage of life.  

Northern WISE primarily supports women, girls, caregivers, single parents, and vulnerable families, helping create opportunities that strengthen individuals, families, and communities.  

Through community partnerships and charitable support, Northern WISE helps create a future where women have greater opportunities to lead, contribute, and thrive while building stronger families and more resilient communities across Canada.
